Updating Member Contact Information in Personify

AFGE staff may update member contact information in Personify.  To do this, follow one of the below procedures.

Edit Basic Info

From within a membership record, the Edit Basic Info tab contains membership contact information in a single screen.  From this screen, you may change primary contact information quickly and easily.

Advanced Address / Phone Editing

To make advanced changes to member address, telephone, or email data there are a variety of editing options under the Basic Tasks pane on the membership record.  Advanced changes include addition, deletion, and editing of a secondary contact method.

Note: If you receive a security warning when accessing the advanced address, telephone, and email functionality your account does not have privileges to make these type of changes.
