Upload Member Documents

Process for uploading a Document

1. Search Member and click on the blue pencil icon to open the member details

Select the member from member main grid.

 

   

   Select a member by clicking on the blue, left pencil icon 

 

2. The member details page will open and now click on the 'MEMBER DOCUMENTS' tab

3. In Manage Documents page choose DOCUMENT from DOCUMENT TYPE drop down

4. Click on the “BROWSE” button and select a file from a local folder

5. Select the Status of the Document as ACTIVE or INACTIVE from the drop down list

6. Enter a Short Description, this field is mandatory

7. Select a Document Category from the drop down, this field is mandatory

8. Enter a Notes, this field is mandatory

9. Click on “Upload New Document
