Reset Your Password using MyAFGE

With MyAFGE by OKTA, you can now reset your forgotten password without Help Desk assistance.

  1. Go to
  2. Click the Forgot Password? option
  3. Enter your Email Address and click Send Text Message
  4. You will receive a text message on your cell phone.  Enter the code received via text message and click Next.
  5. Enter the answer to your Security Question and click Reset Password.
  6. Enter your new Windows Password in both boxes and click Reset Password.
