To reset your password for AFGE.org web access, follow these steps:
- Go to the Forgot Your Password page here.
- Enter your personal email address.
- An email will be sent to your account with a special password reset link.*
- Click the link and follow the prompts to change your password. PLEASE NOTE: You may be prompted to answer your security question. If you do not remember your security question, please open a help desk ticket here.
*If you do not receive an email within a few minutes, you might not have a currently registered account; you can verify that your account is currently registered for AFGE.org access using the "Forgot Account" online form found here.
When you submit this form, the system displays your registered account's email address as your account's username. Once you have verified that you are currently registered, please check your spam folder for the password reset email.
If your account is not currently registered for AFGE.org access, the system will prompt you to register.
If this process does not work for you, you may re-register by visiting the Registration page here. Re-registering will overwrite any existing login previously created.
