Accessing Reports in MyLocal3 and MyAFGE

In MyLocal3, go straight to he Reports menu by clicking the “Reports” button in the left-hand panel of any screen in MyLocal3.

In MyAFGE, first choose a local from the main Membership page of MyAFGE, then click the "Reports" button to view reports for the selected local.

The main Reports page will open, which allows you to view and print reports for Member History, Bonus Bucks, and Finance. To display the desired report, simply click on the appropriate link.

 

 

Member History Reports

  • 90 Day Local Member History

When you select this report, you will be prompted to choose whether you want to open or save the report. Choose “Open” to view, or choose “Save” to save a copy for future reference, then “Open” to view.

This report opens in PDF format. You can print, save, or adjust the zoom level from a standard menu in your PDF viewer.

  •  180 Day Local Member History

         Clicking on this report will open the report in a new tab. This report displays

         all Newly Added, Dropped, Transferred and Reinstated members for a

         specific local for a period of past 180 days.

   

Bonus Bucks Reports

  • Local Bonus Bucks History

When you select the Local Bonus Bucks History report, that report will open in a new browser window.

Finance Reports

  • Local Ledger Report

When you select Local Ledger Report, the Financial Ledger report will open in a new browser window.

  • Local Billing Statements

Click to expand a list of available statements by date, then click “view” to display the desired billing statement.

Additional billing statements can be viewed by scrolling the scrollbar to the right of the list.

 

When you select a Local Billing Statement, that statement will open in a new browser window.

  • TAPE Reports

Click to expand a list of available TAPE reports by date, then click “view” to display the desired report. 

Additional TAPE reports can be viewed by scrolling the scrollbar to the right of the list.

 

 

When you select a TAPE report, that report will open in a new browser window.

Printing and saving reports

For all reports that open in a new browser window, you can mouse over the report to display a toolbar similar to the one below for saving and printing the report.

Click the appropriate icon for the action you desire. The toolbar will vary in appearance depending on which browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.)

You can also print a report by right-clicking in the report page, and selecting “Print…” from the shortcut menu.

Adjusting the zoom level

For all reports that open in a new browser window, you can mouse over the report to display a toolbar similar to the one below for adjusting the zoom level.

Click the appropriate icon for the action you desire. The toolbar will vary in appearance depending on which browser you are using (e.g., Internet Explorer, Chrome, etc.)
