Add Other Information : On Member Screen

Adding Other Information by Editing Membership Information

1.) Choose the member from the member grid

 

2.) Select a member by clicking on the blue, left pencil icon to open the member

    information

 

3.) Scroll down to the other information and click on Add New Attribute button to

     add an attribute

 

4.) Upon clicking 'Add New Attribute' button, the Member Attribute drop down gets

     enabled with a message "Please select an Attribute and press Save Attribute.'

     as shown below

 

5.) Now click on the Member Attribute' drop down box to list the Member

     attributes.

 

6.) Choose the member attribute from the list, for the member attribute Signed

      BEW Pledge, Attribute Date is required to be entered. Attribute date cannot

     be a future date.

Enter the date and click on Save Attribute button.

A confirmation message will be displayed with the list of Member Attributes.

 

For Future Committee Participant, select the attribute from the list and click on save attribute button, no other information is required.

2012 Convention Delegate attribute cannot be added from MyLocal3.

For the member attribute Representing Congressional District, one or more than one congressional districts can be selected.

 

For Union Veteran Council, select the attribute from the list and click on save attribute button, no other information is required.

Click on save attribute to save the information. A confirmation message will be displayed with the list of attributes saved in the grid.

 

7.) Remove Attribute button on the grid can be clicked to remove member

     attribute.
